★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The foods are great. Preserve Javanese way of cooking. The place is okay but not great. The service needs to be improved.
Beside Gudeg Komplit, try ‘Mangut Lele’ and ‘Garang Asem’ along with any type of ‘Wedang’ and ‘Lemongrass Tea’.

For sure , they practice safety measurement and the place is not crowd as its used to be?
Order the usual and it was good as before..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ just like the old times. went there with my friend to reminisence about the old time. the taste was delicious, ordered Gudeg Komplit Ayam Opor and it was so yummy! you should ask for their Sambal Ijo, you will not regret it. their Gula Asam was also delicious and refreshing. if you miss Jogja and their Gudeg, i think this place can offer you a good taste and price. really nice place and ambience. oh and you should try Sosis Solo, it was soooo good as a snack!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a Yogyakartanese, i found it hard to find a proper gudeg in Jakarta. However i must say I am impressed with Gudeg Kandjeng. Its gudeg and delicacies are more on Solo style which is leaning on the savory instead of sweet. I love their Mangut Lele, so tasty and fragrant with kemangi in it. The Nasi Langgi also recommended. Location-wise it's a small.size restaurant with around 10 tables for 4 people, it's quite packed during lunch. Thus, i always opt for take away.

(-) no toilet for women. They only have standing urinatoir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gudeg favorit. Value for money. Taste good and rich in flavor. Nice sambal too. The drink is generous. So far this is the best gudeg in Jakarta for me. The cincau is original, taste smooth like real. The jeruk baby also fresh , no sugar added, no water added only 20K!, sweet ice tea in big glass! No pelit pelit club! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to try a non-Yogya version of gudeg. Taste as promised in its reviews was more to the savoury side. Received an attentive service from waiter , had good Solo food even though sitting area felt a bit cramped with bulky furniture. Portion size for dinner was just enough for me, but I do believe that the rice amount would not be sufficient for hungry male patrons. All in all a nice experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest, it's quite expensive comparing with the price. I order the ayam goreng and it's just so so. Nothing special. But my friend love the Bubur Gudeg.
But I love the ambience with a man playing Javanese music with traditional instrument.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They serve savory type gudeg. I think it’s more to solo style. Gudeg komplit: Portion good, if considering you’re not that hungry.
It’s flavorful, sambal is really yumm. It looks like sambal ijo padang, but of course taste different.
The boiled egg is indeed a hard boiled egg ?. Sosis solo is tasty, good filling inside.
Tempe bacem yummy.
Place is a bit small and might bit tight during peak hour/lunch time, although the place has a good air circulation cause is a semi outdoor concept.
Javanese interior, service is nice.
Reasonable price.
