★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnyaa nyamaan bangett, peweee kost disini hampir 7th dr jaman kuliah - kerja. Fasilitasnyaa ok, bersih, skrg udah ada dapurnyaa enakk. Penjaga kostnya baik2, apalagi ibu kantinya baik banget❤️
The place is very comfortable, the boarding house here is almost 7th from the time of college - work. The facilities are ok, clean, now there is a good kitchen. The boarding house keeper is good, especially the canteen lady is really nice❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat nyaman, fasilitas sangat bagus, pengurus kosan (seperti teteh kantin dan penjaga kos) sangat baik dan ramah, saya dan saudara saya sudah kos disini selama 5 atau 6 tahun lamanya dan tidak pernah ada masalah apapun selama itu dengan tetangga antar kamar sebelumnya. Tapi sangat disayangkan anak-anak mahasiswi yang baru sewa sangat ribut hampir setiap saat dan telah mengganggu ketertiban, mereka seakan tidak memiliki tenggang rasa/etika/adab dalam bertetangga antar penghuni kamar kos pada lorong yang saya huni. Sudah dikeluhkan ke pengurus dan pengurus bilang sudah ditegur berkali-kali, tapi tetap meribut, sangat tidak menghargai dan sudah mengganggu saya serta penghuni lama lainnya.
Intinya, kosannya nyaman, fasilitas sangat baik, pengurusnya ramah-ramah, sayangnya beberapa penghuni ada yang tidak punya tenggang rasa dan tidak mengerti kalau kosan itu tempat beristirahat.
The place is comfortable, the facilities are very good, the boarding house administrators (such as the canteen and boarding house keepers) are very nice and friendly, my brother and I have been boarding here for 5 or 6 years and there have never been any problems during that time with neighbors between rooms before. But it's a shame that the newly rented female students are very noisy almost every time and have disturbed the order, they seem to have no tolerance/ethics/demonstrations in being neighbors between the occupants of the boarding room in the hallway I live in. I have complained to the management and the management said that they have been reprimanded many times, but they are still noisy, very disrespectful and have disturbed me and other old residents.
In essence, the boarding house is comfortable, the facilities are very good, the management is friendly, unfortunately there are some residents who have no tolerance and do not understand that the boarding house is a place to rest.
