★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfort residence to rest and relax. Many small park for greenery. The club house also good with quite large pool, gym and basket ball court.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Good: Nice place for kids. Clean and very friendly security guards who are always on duty. Large clubhouse with gym.
The bad: maintenance fee went up suddenly. The water doesn't work every day from 7am until 9pm (absolutely ridiculous). The buyers were tricked at signing and almost every owner had to pay a massive penalty fee for not signing a paper (like 80 million). Smoke from nearby villages fogs up the area most days (not green village's fault). They refuse to pick up trash if you are a couple of days late on your maintenance payment.
That being said, the place is really nice for raising a family. Idk what is going on with the management though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually it's a good place to raising kids but just the maintenance not going really well. Too many mosquito in the gym place. The water pump at some house not working very well. The maintenance not really take care of the grass then the grass getting dry and dead easily. The fish pool is so dirty and no fish inside just babies mosquito. And they are about to raise the price of the service maintenance. So what should I say...
