★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahan berbentuk cluster, lokasinya strategis dekat jln tol jkt-merak,juga bersebelahan dg real estate Green lake yg merupakan perumahan mewah bergaya eropa..akses menuju tol dari cluster flamboyan melewati perumahan mewah ini..
Sayang nya jalan2 di cluster flamboyan masih jelek&sempit ..lingkungan cluster ini terkesan kumuh&tdk terawat..pd hal sudah cukup lama berdirinya..pihak pengembang terkesan tdk peduli..terkesan mrk hny membuat bangunan rumah sj..tdk memberikan sarana/ fasilitas dg baik..
Cluster-shaped housing, strategic location near the toll road jkt-peacock, also adjacent to the Green Lake real estate which is a European-style luxury housing ... access to the toll road from the flamboyant cluster past this luxury housing ...
Unfortunately, the streets in the flamboyant cluster are still ugly & narrow ... the cluster environment seems dirty and unkempt ... in terms of its long standing ... the developers seem unconcerned ... it seems impressive that they only made the building of the house ... provided the facilities / facilities were good. .
