★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You need patience and closed supervision for important documents. Some of, yes just some of, the staff tend to blame costumer or 'hardware failure' for their lack of performance. Anyway, the printing result were great and the operator were skilled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time here and got disappointed. Closed at 9.00 PM, came at 8.45 PM and the customer service won't take our order because it was past their last order. Then why didn't you place any "CLOSED" sign? Please don't visit this store, customer service here was unfriendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ print shop with high quality printing result. laser engraving and banner are also available here. good ordering and check-before-print system. you have to wait for a long time if the place is crowded. but i still recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People who come here were often bringing not print-ready file. So even if you're number two in the line, you might need to wait another 30 minutes if not longer. On the other side, it is a good place if you were not ready to pront your file. Many people even come here bringing literally nothing but idea. The operator will do their job making your idea come true. That being said, they really have a lot of service like any size any kind of paper for any work printing, laser cutting, engraving, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service experince. the customer service/cashier (i cant identify which one is which) is very rude. I feel highly offended by the wordings they're using to communicate with me. zero professionalism.
Also the printing policy(?) was weird. I first asked to print my files stapled it 3 times at the side of the paper and they were like, no, we can only do 2, and i was like, what??? but sure
Then they asked what size of paper i want it to be printed i said A4 paper, and they said, if you wanted it to be stapled on the side then we'll print it in A3 paper. whattt?????? how is that even a thing?
tl;dr it was a bad experience.
