★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can found a lot of document centre in Gejayan St. as it well known as Creative District. From the beginning, Explora Digital Printing offers cheap (not the cheapest) and stable price, so you don't need to looking for promotion etc before print a document even if you just want to print single pages of A3+ paper. FYI, most of Digital Printing vendor have progressive price, so it will be so expensive if you just print some papers. One thing doesn't make this place perfect is the finishing, especially if you order visiting card, the edge if some card will look jagged.
*This place is not 24 hours document centre, and they close order 30-45 min before closing time. Weekend service close at 9 PM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They need to hire a lot more qualified people to customer service (front office) based, PROBABLY THE WHOLE. Quality of printing is good but service is SO LOW. There are no 2 ways communication to customers. Demand me to wait more but can’t find my order because I emailed it and it was Sunday so email section doesn’t available (is it that hard to make a database of orders on going and orders done in excel sheet that could be visible to other employee?), until they ask my address and confirm to delivery it. Thought there won’t be no delivery fee, but once again, NO LIAISE BACK TO CUSTOMER on regards. I asked politely many times, instead I got nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first i thought explora always gives excellence service. Untill the moment of distrust comes today. What happen to the internet in explora when 55 megabyte file that i sent via email need 4 hours to download, this never happen before. Usually they fast, i sent, i pay, they process in less that 30minutes. This not like explora that i know. and i disappointed. You need to fix your internet asap or temporary close your online service because i dont like your staff asking me to come to explora without prior notice that theres problem with online service after i waited for 3 hours. If So, whats the point of Your online service?

But then I tried it and I just printed some kisscut stickers there and it's totally awesome! affordable price and great quality. They did everything as I told. also the cutting width line is thin, which is awesome! Recommended! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is good. Havean on-line services with electronic payment. Follow strictly COVID-19 protocols washing hands with flowing water and soap before entering the shop. Have transparent rigid devider between customers and staffs. Quick queuing. Goood hospotality of the staffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Responsive CS, affordable price and good quality. Been there for years since I was a uni student (almost 9 years) always be a customer at Explora. Now when I've been working on my business, i use the online service and found out they are responsive and friendly (I think they improve a lot, when I went to the offline store, the CS not that friendly). Will always come here again and again.
Better u prepare first what paper and spesification what you need so it eases and fastens them to calculate and proceed your order.
