I can't describe this is 4 star hotel, sorry to say but the toilets is bad and not clean and there is no toilet paper here. Wish in the future be more clean and nice to to see. I have no more to say..

i don't get it why its 4 star hotel because the service is the worst amongst all bedroom. breakfast in here looks like a dump, not organized well and really not recommend. The staffs is the worst, not giving any good services and it looks like cheap hotel. i guess oyo better than this hotel. won't come here anymore.

Posted on 2 January 2022 It is not uncommon for someone to be disappointed when their expectations were heavily compromised by the reality. But still, disappointment is a disappointment especially when you are on a vacation where staying at a comfortable hotel is a big thing. And so I booked 2 rooms for one night at the rate of Rp. 782.000 (tax and insurance included) hoping that this place would meet similar standards I experienced at another hotel with similar rate. My first impression was already not too good when I arrived there on 1 January 2022. Coming early at 12.30 PM, I had to wait till 2 PM for check-in. While waiting for registration, I noticed that there was only one staff to handle the administration. I looked around and found out that the lobby does not have lavatories on the same floor. People had to go downstairs to use the toilets. The men's lavatory was dirty and emanated slight pungent smell. The wash basins are not properly cleaned and hand soap feels no different than water of the purest kind. When my wife took my daughter to the women's lavatory, she witnessed rice grains in the washing basins and toilet papers everywhere. The ceiling is no better. It seems that spiders have inhabited the place there peacefully for I don't know how long. When I finally got the key cards, the receptionist explained to me that the phone line is broken and I cannot use telephone to request or complain things. She gave me a paper with a number which I can contact via WhatsApp text message in case I need something. The corridor was littered with dirty dishes and rooms were being cleaned. The room (405) where my dad stayed was blocked by trash so he politely (as usual) asked the nearest cleaning service to clean it up. As I entered my room (404) with 2 single beds, I checked the condition while praying that all the bad things I saw end here. I was wrong. The air conditioner's remote control didn't work. Just so you know that the remote's brand and the AC's brand are different. So I borrowed my dad's remote (a different kind of universal remote control) to turn on my AC. It worked this time and left me amazed since this is the first time I came across a hotel with air conditioner with a different, yet compatible remote control. Also this was the first time I had to share one AC remote control between two rooms. Between the door and the floor, there's an inch gap. Noise from the corridor easily comes through. The bathroom smelled weird. The wash basin is not glittering white anymore and yellow patches are everywhere. No towels are seen hanging in there and the floor is dirty. Hot water is working but the shower is leaking on its right side. The bedsheet is not clean and smells musty. The pillows smell even mustier as if they have absorbed sweat from tens of people. There was a slight smell of sulfur when I took a shower although I didn't care anymore to investigate. I requested towels via WhatsApp text I was told before but no response until I checked-out. The towels only came after I got down to the lobby and ask for them. When they came, they also smelled funny. I had to thank my thorough wife for bringing our own towels. The hotel's building is large but there's only one small (I mean it) elevator serving the entire building. Only five people can fit in there. If they bring luggage, the capacity is even lesser. In the morning, my dad decided to take the stairs to the ground floor for breakfast. The steps are uneven. The part where you put your heels is lower than where your toes are (I'm gonna have to ask you to imagine it). The stairs aren't wide and barely fit for two persons walking side-by-side. Also the staircase structure looks frail. In case there's an emergency and lots of people are going downstairs together, it may collapse. With huge space the hotel has, it actually offers great potential to be great. Surely I had a memorable vacation here, but not how I wanted it to be.

Facility was ok. Nice hot shower. Room needs a bit of renovation. However, for price range 250 to 300k, couldn't complain.

Great view, but lack of services. It's an old building, however the condition still acceptable. The problems are: 1. During my stay there, there are several group of government companies also have convention meeting or company gathering. 2. Because of that, hotel services only focused for them, such as: 2.1. breakfast in chaos, because those groups also having breakfast with regular guests. A lot of guests didn't get any breakfast (out of stock) 2.2. the staffs on duty only a few, so they cannot handle the situation. 2.3. some hotel/resort facilities can't be enjoyed, such as family fishing, barbecue, order lunch nor dinner. Overall, the view and the lobby are beautiful. The room also good, but the services are bad. However the staffs are very polite. One more thing, prepare enough cash, somehow during my stay, there's no POS/EDC device that works. Prices for coffee shop and restaurants, are expensive.

Slow service, slow response. when I wanted to enter the room after checking in, the access card could not be used. I already reported and asked to be replaced, but it took a very long time to wait for a replacement card. When entered the room, the room feels not clean, drinking glasses are not available, the TV signal is bad, the AC remote doesn't work, and the food doesn't taste good.

The room, garden and swimming pool are spacious, this hotel should have a 3 star rating not a 4 star, the rooms are not well prepared, the air conditioner is not cold, the bathroom is not clean. Not serving well. Poor WIFI.

Huge garden, nice view but the room need to be improved, no hot water, main shower didn't work, the ceiling fan in bathroom was dirty. I asked slipper they said the slipper was finish, I ordered in room dining Cumi Asam Manis and Nasi Goreng for dinner nasi goreng was delicious but Cumi Asam Manis was cold. Please concern to all those things could be better.
