* ngga boleh bawa pet kecuali burung kicau
* yang jaga kost ibu"nya bawel, suka kepoin anak kost
* tenang suasanya kalo malem tapi siang hari banyak anak kecil, kalo mereka pada kumpul berisik banget.. untuk aku yang kerja malam trus waktu siang hari buat istirahat jadi terganggu karna bising suara bocah
* airnya bersihs.. kamar mandi lumayan bersih
* harga terjangkau, saat ini masih di angka 425K/bulan.. deket dari pusat perbelanjaan dan ngga butuh waktu lama untuk mencapai jalan raya, airport dan pusat perbelanjaan

* Not allowed to bring pets except chirping birds
* the one who looks after the boarding house, the mother is nagging, likes to have boarding children
* the atmosphere is calm at night but during the day there are lots of small children, if they get together it's really noisy ... for me who works at night then during the day it gets annoyed because of the noise of the kids
* the water is clean ... the bathroom is pretty clean
* Affordable price, currently still at 425K / month ... close to shopping centers and it doesn't take long to reach roads, airports and shopping centers
