★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jelek banget. Pengurus2 nya juga sok belagu. Buat yg punya rencana bakal stay disini mending buru2 cari apt yg lain aja. Jijik pokokmya
Really ugly. The caretakers are too pretentious. Those of you who have plans will stay here better hurry and find another apt. Basic disgust

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Memang bener ya kta orang pengurus nya pada sok. di sini trlalu banyak peraturan yg di buat2 tidak berfaedah. Banyak yg rese dan suka mengusik penghuni lain. Pikir2 klo bwt tinggal jangka panjang di sini. Klo utk sekedar kontrak/sewa masih mending
It's true, the management people are pretentious. There are too many useless rules here. Many are anxious and like to annoy other residents. Think about long term stay here. If it's just a contract/rent, it's still better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old apartment, many families live here. 3 lifts available, swimming pool & gym on the 6th floor. Near to culinary area and public vehicle available to any direction. There's also indomaret 3 minutes walking from lobby. If you stay on high floor, you can see the sea. And if you like to walk or cycling around the neighbourhood of this apt, you can find very cheap laundry.
