★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In here even it is called market however it is a building with 6th floor. However for the 5th & 6th used for car parking and small place for billiard one (excalibur). On lower ground, it is wet market which sells vegetables, meat, fish, grocery. Besides that also have small shops for selling food (e.g nasi padang, nasi rames), and also house-tailor and sells yarn. The first floor, it has medicine shop, cloth shop (batik), jewelery, optic shop. The second floor, it has barber shop, salon, medicine shop. Other floor sells cloth. For parking one, little bit tight so sometimes need to turn around for parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old shopping center. It used to be very crowded, but not anymore now. It has been renovated, but still, shops at upper floors are already closed. Most shops that are still open are in ground floor, with main tenants like J.Co Donuts and BreadTalk. There is also a BCA bank here.

1st & 2nd floor: Became centre of optician, more and many jewellery shops, traditional goldsmith, wristwatch, drugstore, tailor & textile, photographic store, coins and stamps seller, also some local restaurant and snack.
3rd & 4th floor: economical clothing, brand new and used clothing for all segment.
Spacious parking lot at 5th-6th floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be a glittering, jittering and emerging market which offers very wide range of products, both in its wet market (ground floor) or its upper floors for us. Especially for wet market, todays it is decaying for less than 50% of the kiosks there were closed due to 2022 nu' yea' holiday. Looking forward to seeing a lot more business activities in the forthcoming days . . . . Hopefully . . . ?
