★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebetulnya saya dapet rekomendasi dari teman. Katanya Sky Room ini bagus roomnya, nyaman, bersih, fasilitasnya lumayan lengkap. Namun yang sangat disayangkan pelayanannya terhadap customer baru. Saya tanya via whatsapp chat soal order roomnya, tapi dengan dengan jawaban yang singkat & alakadarnya seakan akan tidak professional melayani customernya. Padahal saya tanya dengan baik baik. Entah admin/ownernya yang lagi badmood atau gimana. Masukan dari saya tolong pelayanannya lebih ditingkatkan lagi. Terutama ramah tamahnya.
I actually got a recommendation from a friend. He said the Sky Room is a good room, comfortable, clean, the facilities are quite complete. But what is very unfortunate is the service to new customers. I asked via whatsapp chat about the order room, but with a short & simple answer it seemed as if it was unprofessional to serve the customer. Even though I asked nicely. I don't know if the admin/owner is in a bad mood or what. My input, please improve the service even more. Especially the hospitality.
