★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and polite front officer, but the other girl face look like a butcher with her flat looking expression. Room are good and clean but aircon took a little long to cool the room. No fridge(this is budget hotel), bathroom are small, no toothbrush and toothpaste. No trash bin in the bathroom. Food are hard to find around the hotel,especially at night, you need to get into the mall to find a decent one. So you need to prepare for the night. The tv are rather small,channel are very limited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very strategic for locations (near malls, station, bus terminal, and toll gate). I got problem nothing here, nice for the room and bathroom. Breakfast yummy enough, and pretty kind staff. But I think the blanket not really clean and quiet small parking area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time stay at amaris it's one of Santika chain. The room is quite small, the bathroom too, there's small closet only for hanging 3 clothes. I only get one slippers because they say the standard facility only give one but on the other hand i get two toothbrush ? the shower isn't really good, takes to long to warmed so you have to wait for about 15 minutes to get warm water. The room isn't sound proof I'm hoping a sound proof because it's near to the highway and there's so much traffic. The breakfast is good. Just lack cereals ? but i don't get it why the outdoor lobby always closed like when we ordered online taxi the driver can't through lobby and we have to take a walk to the parking area ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here last weekend because I had a wedding to attend nearby. It was my second stay at Amaris Bekasi Barat, the first one was few years ago. The first time I stayed here was okay, but the second one was a disappointment. Check in was okay, the lady at reception was friendly, and probably she was the reason I voted two stars for this review. Room was okay, and it is the second reason I voted two stars.
However, only one elevator was in service, the Wi-Fi was bad, very slow and lost connection most of the time. AC was leaking, the hit water didn't come out at all, no shower curtain so the water was splashing all over the bathroom. I wanted to buy a cold drink at the front office, and the staff said they don't have any change because I was going to pay with a 50 thousands bill. No effort was made, simply refuse to do anything. The next morning I checked out at 6.00 AM and no staff was at the reception. I called out several time but no answer so I stepped out from the lobby and call the security who later went in and called the staff. And when the staff came, no apology , not event a smile. Definitely not a hotel standard staff behavior. How could the hotel hired this guy as a front desk staff.
Breakfast time was supposed to be in service at 6.00 AM (until 10.00AM) but by the time I check out the restaurant was not ready at all. Not event drinks or starter food was served, the lights wasn't turn on yet, it was still dark, and no staff was seen there at the restaurant. I left the hotel without having any breakfast which was included in the rate I have paid.

The room was quite small, the AC wasn't cold enough and it was leaking, there were no electronic kettles like hotels should provide and the floors were dusty, I guess the employees never clean the rooms (?) and the room service took a long time to come. The shower wasn't kicked, it took 15 minutes to have a hot water. The bathroom was too narrow and small so it made flood the bathroom because the drain was behind the potty.
The receptionist did not stay on the spot. At that time I called to deliver the tissue 5 times and they weren't picked it up, when I went to check out from this hotel, the receptionist ALSO not stood in the place where she/he should be. Isn't this hotel afraid of being stolen if there were a bad occupants who steal something?
The breakfast menu was just ordinary, cold, and not variation every day. Indeed, we still currently in a pandemic era so everything in this hotel completely poured out by the waiter. It's just that they left the menu stand so if one was busy, the others went somewhere even though there were a lot of guests staying there and even the receptionist intervenes too.
My advice are, first, the management would like to improve the quality of the rooms from the facilities, for example repairing air conditioners, bathrooms plus curtains so that the water doesn't flood, adding a hairdryer, electronic kettles for cooking hot water. Second, please hire more employees so that they do not work tightly. If possible, the receptionist department should put two people in the day shift. The last, if possible, maybe you could consider the breakfast menu to be more various than before so it won’t look monotonous and always use a pot that has a heater on it to keep the food fresh and warm.
