I have only ordered 3 different flavors of the chicken. The garlic one is the very basic one, very normal, just OK. I would suggest to try something else. I would say, the longer they cook, the deeper flavor you can taste. It takes at least 20 minutes for them just to cook it.
They have prepared the plastic gloves for you to eat the chicken. But I recommend to use hands, because it is just more delicious that way, you can lick your fingers. Yum! And also you dont have to waste the plastic. Toilet is nearby to wash your hands. Make a little walk after eating would be good too.
PRO TIP:
- Come with a group of people, so you can try different flavors. (Because they dont let you half-half flavor)
- Dont come when you are very hungry. It takes time to cook and dont rush them. Good things really take time and patience.
- Come earlier before lunch or dinner, theres usually a line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goobne is a Korean Roasted Chicken restaurant. There is waiting list when I come to the place, as the place is not very spacious. They were ran out of Galbi and Honey Soy, so we ordered the original chicken, volcano cheese ttopoki, and Jjampong noodle. I could say their cooking time is very long, it takes around 30 min for the chicken to be ready served.
The chicken was good, I like the tenderness, its just the seasoning wasnt really special. Maybe because original chicken. The ttopoki however steal the show. It was very good, from the cheese to the ttopoki and the noodle in it. The jjampong was good, but not the best.
Pricewise affordable but a bit pricy. The place could need some more consumer centric approach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place became famous because it was in one of The Korean dramas currently airing in Indonesia.
The taste of the chicken itself is a distinctive style like the original one in Korea, not too bold. As for the Jjampong soup, it tastes good. It's just for the filling is not too much seafood, more vegetables. The Volcano Cheese Tteok-Bokki is delicious. Flavourful and suitable for Indonesian tongues.
Tips for friends who want to eat here is to prepare approximately 2 hours in advance. One hour to a queue waiting list. One more hour to wait for our food to be processed. Because for the chicken, the processing time is approximately 40 minutes in the oven.
