1. Whats the point of asking where we sit and saying, "We will deliver it to your table." if they keep shouting the customer name from their stall.
2. They keep forgetting where we sit, man, even abang abang nasi goreng could remember 20 orders in one time and remember the face who ordered his nasi.
3. The casier forgot our order, didnt put it on the bill, didnt even reply our order before the deal. He, the casier (a man) admitted he had forgotten. And we still had to wait for our order to be prepared. And you know who apologize? A girl, his subordinate. Shame
They really should improve their services.
