★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They tried to juggle both online/takeaway and dine in service at the same time, unfortunately it costs them their speed and quality service. This is not how i used to experience from last year, either they fix the management, or they would get more disappointed returning customer like me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Breeze itself is a very good complex for relaxation as it has so many restaurants and many big and small cafes for you to chill.
Well, Sushi Tei the Breeze is one of my favourite restaurant. The place is not so crowded (well, at least when i visited there). The staff was all polite and the food was served very fast. The taste of the food is the same as any other Sushi Tei branches. Only the location at the Breeze is superb.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sushi Tei is a casual sushi dinning place that offers lots of Japanese Casual foods such as Sushi, Sashimi, Ramen, Robatayaki, Tempura, etc. This outlet located inside The Breeze, BSD City. Good design and cozy place for dining, good altenative for lunch/dinner meeting.

The speed of service matches that of a fast food restaurant with good quality.
Easy going casual ambience with some gluten free options (you will have to find them as menu does not have any mention) on the menu.
On weekends there is definitely waiting time.
Definitely recommended.
