★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Setiap calon pegawai perusahaan GMF akan ditraining terlebih dahulu sebelum ada penempatan unit dan training ini masih bisa memungkinkan anda gagal untuk menjadi pegawai.
Setelah training, ada ojt di setiap unit(rolling) yg nantinya anda akan ditempatkan di salah satu unit tersebut.
Every prospective employee of the GMF company will be trained first before there is a unit placement and this training can still allow you to fail to become an employee.
After training, there is an OJT in each unit (rolling) which later you will be placed in one of these units.
