★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cs nya kerja nya lama... Rata rata lama sih emang kerjanya... Pelayanan kurang begitu bagus.. Beda kalo sama bank BRI ditempat lain

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sistem antriannya ga bagus. Belum jam buka jam 8 udah pada antri duluan diluar dengan nomor antrian berbeda. Setiap pagi selalu penuh dan antri. Staff juga terbatas, dan pelayanannya terkadang kurang ramah.
The queue system is not good. Not yet opening hours at 8 am already in line first outside with a different queue number. Every morning always full and queue. The staff is also limited, and the service is sometimes not friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hampir semua BRI yg ada diseputar Jakarta Selatan, petugas Teller hanya satu. Tidak pernah senyum, lambat. Bagaimana mau bersaing dgn bank swasta???
Almost all BRI existing around South Jakarta, only one Teller officer. Never smile, slow. How do you want to compete with private banks ???

- satpam kurang ramah. Buat isi form aja malah suruh ambil sendiri. Dan menyepelekan nasabah! Attitude nya sangat kurang.
- Ruangan sempit.
- CS kurang teliti. Saya buka rekening ternyata di buku tabungan belum di tanda tangan. Jadi harus balik lagi
+ CS work fast, not long.
- the security guard is not friendly. Just fill out the form and ask to take it yourself. And underestimate the customer! His attitude is very lacking.
- Small room.
- CS is less thorough. I opened an account and it turned out that the savings book had not been signed. So have to come back
