★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Favorite dishes such as Bebek Goreng and Salmon Lodeh tasted as good as in the original location. Has cozy outdoor area. As in all GIOI, very instagrammable for people. Thought lighting for food on a lunch time could be better. The reason I couldn't give 5 stars because asked for water 4x before it came. Love how plate and utensils properly cling wrapped though.

I love their nasi kecombrang or GIOI's rice and molten callebout pandan. The best ??
But the karaoke room/VIP room is far from good, sorry for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made a reservation for bukber event at GIOI Menteng, and it was great. All the staffs are very friendly and professional, foods are delicious, and the restaurant is spacious.
I ordered a plate of rendang wagyu prata, whole signature crispy duck, and black rice pudding for dessert. I would say that the crispy duck is my favorite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First impression very nice lady on the service line. Quite responsive and quick when doing the reservation; bear in mind if you book a private room or ask for a table for a huge group, they will ask for a deposit.
Accommodated our group of 11; too bad that they put us up on the smoking area (none of us smoke). The service was a bit slow. They seem to be overwhelmed with the number of ppl coming for break-fasting but the same time there seems to be a lot of staff walking around. They have the weirdest storage area (some keep walking to our table area to open one of their cabinets).
Food is pretty good! No complaints there. We asked for the waitress to ‘devise something for 11 people’ and she managed to come up with all their signature dishes exactly enough for the numbers of ppl present. The duck rice was AMAZING.
Alcohol cocktail variety was a bit of a disappointment (they didn’t have my ‘Old Fashioned’ cocktails) and I had to settle for a Negroni. The Negroni was pretty good.
Recommend to come to this place again; I think a few tweaks to their service can give this place a 5 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The taste and aroma is very tempting. For the price, I think it is in accordance with the size & quality of the portion. My favorite menu is Gioi Rice, Salmon Lodeh, Dark Chocolate Souffle. For a portion of salmon lodeh 175K including tax, it can be for 2-3 people. For Sandong Fried Chicken, I don't think it's ok, because the chicken smells a little fishy, but for the seasoning it's just right. For a very clean place, very good & friendly service.

Favorite food here: Gioi's signature crispy duck.
