★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harganya selangit ya mentang2 di dalem mall, sim A 255 rb, sim C 250 rb. Cek kesehatan cuma cek buta huruf doang bentaran paling cuma 5 angka, gak ngerti kenapa mahal bgt??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pagi2 udah smpai tangcity, kirain pulang langsung dpt SIM A baru, tapi sayangnya sudah perpanjang lwt aplikasi online jadi harus nunggu prosesnya diaplikasi duh padahal masih sepi nih antriannya
I arrived at Tangcity in the morning, I thought I would go home and get a new SIM A, but unfortunately it has been extended via online application, so I have to wait for the process to be applied, even though the queue is still quiet

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perpanjang sim C cukup bawa sim dan ktp serta foto copy 1 lbr sim dan ktpnya.dan jangan lupa biaya administrasi Rp160,000.
Extend sim C, just bring a sim and ID card and a photocopy of 1 sheet of sim and ID card. And don't forget the administration fee of IDR 160,000.

Excellent service, very satisfied, no queuing, only five minutes to extend SIM A at a cost of 115 thousand + 10 thousand laminating SIM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tadi dateng jam 12 siang, langsung dilayani oleh petugas. Isi formulir, kasih FC KTP 2 lembar dan serahkan SIM lama. Trus langsung masuk untuk tes kesehatan (tes butawarna) skalian bayar biayanya Rp. 165.000. Setelah itu duduk lagi untuk antri foto. Setelah foto dan rekam sidik jari, nunggu lagi untuk cetak SIM A. Setelah jadi, ditawari untuk laminasi kartu SIM nya, biaya Rp 10.000. Total biaya Rp 175.000.
Kesan: Pelayanan Ramah dan cepat, tadi sekitar 15-20 menit sampai terima SIM A baru. Ruang tunggunya nyaman, beberapa sofa dan kursi di dalam. Kerennn.
Note: liat review kok ada yg 110rb ada yg 195rb , saya sendiri 165rb ?? kok bisa beda² ya biayanya. Emang kaya jajan di warung sih, bayarnya gak pake kwitansi atau struk pembayaran. Ga tau brpa tarif normalnya✌️?
Came at 12 noon, immediately served by the officer. Fill out the form, give 2 pieces of FC KTP and submit the old SIM. Then go straight in for a medical test (color blind test) and pay a fee of Rp. 165,000. After that, sit down again to queue for photos. After taking photos and recording fingerprints, waiting again to print SIM A. After that, they were offered to laminate the SIM card, the fee was Rp. 10,000. The total cost is IDR 175,000.
Impression: Friendly and fast service, it took about 15-20 minutes to receive a new SIM A. The waiting room is comfortable, some sofas and chairs inside. Kerennn.
Note: looking at the reviews, how come there are 110k, some 195k, myself 165k ?? how come the cost is different. It's like having a snack at a shop, you don't pay with a receipt or payment receipt. Don't know what the normal rate is ️?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite of all negative reviews and comment, actually everything went great. Sure, there is a minor problems such as from the customer itself where most who came late didn't aware of the queue, and some applicant didn't bring all the requirements as mentioned and written.
For starters; better come early because the officers will give explanation on how this procedure works. First they will ask the applicant to hand over the valid driving license (maximum validity is the last day written on the license for renewal), also two copies of KTP. Then they will give form which applicant will fill based on their own information such as name, address, applied for SIM A or C (btw it is national level which means we can apply it even we are from different province or island as long as we are Indonesian).
Then up 6 up to 8 people will be called inside to take health test (in case you did not bring your own medical), take a photo, then wait for it to be printing.
The process takes up to 45 minutes at most.
For SIM A they require Rp 195.000,-
SIM C Rp 190.000,- (all include medical cerificate).
So don't bother yourself by complaining if you don't meet the certain requirements. I share it in hope the future applicant will read and have a better understanding about the procedure especially during pandemic.
The staff and officer is friendly.
