 Bad service.. schedule opens at 8... as nice as the forehead opens at 10... not consistent... must be transferred by disciplined people.. not like people who are now... making ugly in the eyes of society..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sekian kalinya bayar pajak motor dan mobil disini. Menurut saya cukup cepat, mudah, ac pun dingin karena terletak di pusat perbelanjaan. Dari lantai dasar 1 parkiran motor batik, masuk lalu lgsg belok kanan. Ikuti saja jalur pinggir karena letaknya samsat dipojokan sepi. Udah ada tandanya kok dr parkiran motor batik.
Edited per 11 desember 2018 : hari selasa kesini jam 10.45 penuhnyaaaa. Sekarang sistemnya ambil formulir, trs minta no urut sm bapak polisinya. Dan sdh bisa bayar pakai debit bank DKI yah udh ada mesin EDC nya.
Sebaiknya berkas2 baik itu ktp bpkb stnk sdh difoto kopi sendiri dibandingkan disini karena lebih murah foto kopi sendiri. Jika mewakili pembayaran pajak pastikan ktp anda dan yg diwakili 1 alamat. Dan lebihkan bawa fotokopi ktp. JANGAN LUPA BAWA PULPEN SUPAYA GA SUSAH NYARI PINJEMAN PULPEN.
How many times have you paid motorbike and car taxes here. In my opinion it is quite fast, easy, the air conditioner is cold because it is located in a shopping center. From the ground floor of the batik motorbike parking lot, enter and then turn right. Just follow the side path because it is located in a quiet corner. There's already a sign from the batik motorbike parking lot.
Edited as of December 11, 2018: Tuesday is here at 10:45 and it's full. Now the system takes the form, then asks for the serial number from the policeman. And already able to pay using DKI bank debit, yes, there is an EDC machine.
It's better if the good files, such as ID cards, bpkb stnk, have their own photocopies compared to here because it's cheaper to take your own copies. If it represents a tax payment, make sure your ID card and the one represented is an address. And moreover bring a photocopy of the ID card. DON'T FORGET TO BRING A PEN SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO FIND A PEN LOAN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari Senin tgl 27 Des jam 13.00 saya ke Samsat Thamrin. Buat perpanjang STNK padahal sudah bawa surat kuasa atas nama orang tua sendiri. Malah di tolak, kalau mau pakai surat kuasa disuruh ke Polda. Ujung ujung malah minta duit Rp 50.000 buat di Bantu. Pungli orang dalam juga. Haduh. Semoga berkah pak buat anak istri

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Info: Per 1 Januari 2022 gerai samsat Thamrin City sudah tutup permanen karena tidak perpanjang kontrak kantornya. Informasi dari security Thamrin City. Samsat pindah ke ITC Cempaka Mas dan sudah di buka Per 7 Maret 2022.
