★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau aktifasi mbanking BNI ke cs tidak dilayani krn sibuk ngurus bsu ( bantuan subsidi upah ) kata cs nya, saya lupa catat namanya tolong kepala cabangnya di monitor pelyanan seperti ini merugikan nasabah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer Servicenya pelayanannya sangat sangat tidak ramah, ditanya mengenai pencairan BSU malah ngegas jawabnya dan cara menerangkannya. tidak ada senyum dan ramah2nya!
