★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall sebetulnya pelayanan ramah dan cepat, hanya ada hal penting yang tidak memenuhi good governance. Jadi, pas masuk langsung disuruh fotokopi dan beli map padahal dokumen syarat udh sy fotokopi dan siapin map dari rumah. Bayar juga kudu cash disini (kaya zaman batu). Nah pas saya bayar dan cek nominal di STNK, ternyata ada tambahan Rp 5000 dari yg seharusnya (tertera di STNK) lalu saya tanya, yg Rp 5000 itu buat apa???.. lalu bagian pembayaran bilang Rp 3000 buat plastik pembungkus STNK dan Rp 2000 buat fotokopi.. bujug kan tadi gw gak fotokopi dan bawa map sendiri ya.. lalu si mbak balikin duit Rp 2000.. Lagian ah gw yakin ini cuman akal2an karena itu plastik STNK juga gw yakin itu dari pengadaan pemda yg udah dibayar APBD.. ini potensi korupsi sih.. coba aja Inspektorat Prov Banten bisa audit ini kantor Samsat.. kalo pun harus bayar itu plastik dan copy, harus ada kuitansi tanda terima dong.. Please Pemda! sudah saatnya dilakukan reformasi birokrasi disini! Masa mau gini2 aja Banten engga maju2 dan kredible sih

You also have to pay cash here (like the stone age). Well, when I paid and checked the nominal on the STNK, it turned out that there was an additional IDR 5000 from what it should have (it was stated on the STNK) then I asked, what was the IDR 5000 for???.. then the payment department said IDR 3000 for the plastic wrapper for STNK and IDR 2000 for a photocopy.. I didn't make a photocopy and brought my own folder. This is the potential for corruption.. Just try the Banten Prov Inspectorate can audit this Samsat office.. Even if you have to pay for it, it's plastic and a copy, there must be a receipt, please.. Pemda! It's time to reform the bureaucracy here! It's just like this, Banten isn't progressing and credible, isn't it?

Masa pajak 1 taunan harus bawa BPKB , harusnya kan cuma STNK , KTP aja .
Ini kalo ga ada BPKB ada biaya tambahan 50 ribu , dengan alasan untuk cepat di acc .
Merasa dirugikan karena Saya kan motor masih angsuran , otomatis BPKB belum ada .
Untuk yg lain tolong kalo bayar pajak kendaraan di sini bawa BPKB ya
Kalo kasus kaya saya ( masih angsuran , mending ke kantor pajak pusat aja ) .

The 1-year tax period must bring BPKB, it should only be STNK, KTP only.
If there is no BPKB, there will be an additional fee of 50 thousand, with an excuse to quickly accrue.
Feeling aggrieved because I still have the motorbike in installments, there is no automatic BPKB yet.
For others, please, if you pay vehicle tax here, bring your BPKB, okay?
In my case (still in installments, it's better to just go to the central tax office).
