★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bukan ny membantu tp mlh menyusahkan hrus ke pasca bayar 3 bln,pdhal kartu tiba tba ilang sinyal,ni mah sma aj di jualan paket im3 skrng mlh nyusahin Ja
It's not that it's helpful, but it's still troublesome to have to go postpaid 3 months, even though the card suddenly lost the signal, it's still the same as selling IM3 packages now, it's still a hassle.

It's crazy to take care of lost cards, tell me to fill in the Data Quota first which is 299Rb.. people are getting dizzy because they lost their cellphones, they are even more dizzy and have to pay for card management..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pikir lagi kl.mau mengunakan layanan indosat. Saya pengguna lama aja dan kartu aktif aja .di blokir dan untuk megaktifkannya di wajibkan beli paket dg seharga 160 k .apa ini cara indosat menjaga customernya..parah.
Think again if you want to use Indosat's services. I'm just an old user and the card is active. It's blocked and to activate it, I am required to buy a package for 160 k. Is this Indosat's way of taking care of its customers.. it's bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minta ganti kartu ke micro tapi disuruh beli kartu baru 110k dg harga 160k yg 50k utk adm. Okelah... karena sy punya duit... bagaimana yg gak punya duit? Masak gerai gak bisa bantu ganti kartu? Pelit banget pake beli kartu dan bayar lumayan mahal... 160k itu bayaran pembantu sy 3 hari boss... gede loh bagi dia...
Asked to change the card to micro but was told to buy a new 110k card at a price of 160k which was 50k for admin. Okay... because I have money... what about those who don't have money? Can't the outlet help change the card? It's really stingy to buy a card and pay quite expensive... 160k is my maid's payment for 3 days boss... it's big for him...

Padahal Provider lain nggak dikenakan biaya sepeserpun, bahkan mereka udh sangat canggih dengan menggunakan mesin ataupun bisa secara online penggantian kartunya. Mending langsung ke gerai Indosat yang di deket monas aja gais, disitu pelayanannya cepat, bayarnya juga cuma 25k ajaa langsung dapet karti SIM nya
