★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keperluan kesini untuk upgrade kartu ke 4G, cepat sih. Tinggal isi form, dan tunjukin KTP beserta kartu SIM yg lama. Protokol covid nya juga berjalan (kursi tunggu yg diberi jarak dan meja CS yg diberi sekat sejenis mika lentur yg digantung). CSnya cuma 1 doang . Overall oke kok untuk pelayanan.
 The need to come here to upgrade the card to 4G, it's fast. Just fill in the form, and show your KTP along with the old SIM card. The covid protocol also works (waiting chairs are spaced and CS tables are given a kind of flexible mica that is suspended). CSnya only 1 doang. Overall it's okay for service.

Baru nyoba kesini buat ganti sim card karena salah potong. Antriannya tidak rame. Tidak seperti antrian di Mall Metropolitan yang membludak ga karuan, pernah sekali pengalaman ngantri gerai di MM bisa sampai 1 jam dan tidak kebagian tempat duduk.
Pas kesini kebetulan tidak ada antrian, jadi begitu datang langsung dibantu oleh customer service (CS) untuk penggantian sim card. Prosesnya cepat kira-kira 5 menit. Perlu menunjukkan KTP untuk discan/difoto oleh CS. Wajah kita juga akan difoto. Setelah itu langsung dapet sim card pengganti yang baru akan aktif 1 jam kemudian. Sementara itu, sim card yang lama kita secara otomatis juga sudah non aktif. Jadi, tunggu aja 1 jam lagi baru bisa menggunakan sim card yang baru.

Just tried here to change the sim card because it was cut wrong. The queue is not crowded. Unlike the queues at the Metropolitan Mall which are erratic, there has been an experience queuing for outlets at MM can take up to 1 hour and not get a seat.
When I came here, there was no queue, so when I arrived I was immediately assisted by customer service (CS) to replace the sim card. The process is fast about 5 minutes. Need to show ID card to be scanned/photographed by CS. Our faces will also be photographed. After that, you will immediately get a replacement sim card which will only be active 1 hour later. Meanwhile, our old sim card is automatically deactivated. So, just wait 1 hour before you can use a new sim card.
