Sangat disayangkan sudah bagus bebas calo, tapi petugas nya agak kaku, semua harus sama salah sedikit coret pulang, besok sudah dibenerin masih salah sedikit lagi pulang lagi
Saya sudah 7x bolak balik kesini akhirnya selesai juga
1x salah samsat harusnya ke samsat jakarta pusat setelah cabut berkas
2x karena surat kuasa salah kata2
3x ttd saya & ibu saya kena materai
4x tipe motor saya tulis kawasaki ninja 150 di bpkb KR150 doank
5x udah lolos bpkb kena blokir bank
6x baru bisa
7x ambil BPKB
FYI : yang boleh masuk hanya yang berkepentingan

It's a shame that it's good to be free of brokers, but the officers are a bit stiff, everything has to be the same, a little bit of scratching goes home, tomorrow it's been fixed, it's still a little wrong to go home again
I've been back and forth here 7 times and it's finally over
1x wrong samsat should go to central jakarta samsat after unplugging the file
2x because the power of attorney is wrong
3x sign me & my mother got stamped
4x types of motorbikes I wrote kawasaki ninja 150 on bpkb KR150 only
5 times already passed BPKB got blocked by the bank
6x can only

Luar Biasa Pelayanan Polda Metro Jaya???
Petugas sangat banyak yang berjaga dan bersiaga untuk membantu dengan baik dan ramah.Tidak antri, Tidak ribet dan sangat mudah?
Tidak perlu khawatir bagi masyarakat awam yang baru pertama kali mengurus sendiri, tidak usah pakai calo karena sangat mahal sekali.
Hanya butuh waktu 2 hari.
Hari pertama : membereskan arsip yang akan di bayar setelah itu membayar ke teller Bank BRI di tempat yang sama.
Hari kedua : Bisa Langsung Mengambil BPKP Baru dan tidak antri.
Anti Ribet dan Serba Mudah ???
Change of Name/Change of New BPKB.
Extraordinary Service Polda Metro Jaya???
Very many officers are on guard and on standby to help properly and friendly. No queuing, Not complicated and very easy?
There is no need to worry for ordinary people who are taking care of themselves for the first time, there is no need to use brokers because they are very expensive.
It only took 2 days.
The first day: clean up the archives to be paid after that pay to the BRI Bank teller at the same place.
Second day: You can immediately take a new BPKP and don't queue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proses terlalu ribet dan bertele-tele. Mengurus menggunakan surat kuasa seolah olah dengan sengaja mempersulit dengan berbagai alasan.
Pertama mengurus gagal kehabisan kuota.
Kedua mengurus salah di format surat kuasa.
Ketiga mengurus salah titik dan penulisan di surat kuasa.
Keempat, kembali mengurus namun disalahkan adalah ttd yang menurut petugas disana beda dengan KTP ( padahal tanda tangan adalah tarikan tangan dan dalam setiap ttd tidak 100% presisi seperti di KTP )
Kelima, sudah beres semua, ttd dibuktikan dengan rekaman atas nama. Ternyata fotokopi cek fisik kurang jelas ( padahal yg gesek petugas, yang fotokopi juga petugas di Samsat )
Pulang dilalah malah ditawarin sama orang didepan pintu masuk dengan biaya kurang lebih 650 ribu
Tapi saya heran kok lewat biro jasa bisa cepet ya enggak pakai surat kuasa, enggak pakai ini itu sehari bisa jadi ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Masih jam 12.50 pintu depan gd.biru masuk urus bpkb udah di tutup, padahal cuma mau ngambil bpkb doang tinggal ke lt2. Orang jauh jauh dr bekasi, ijin kerja segala macem, pulang lagi g ngapa2in, amit amit yg petugas seragam putih bapak2 tua ada ubannya, pake kaca mata, cuma beda 5 detik paling dari antara saya masuk dan pintu di tutup, minta tlong buka cuma tinggal ngambil bpkb doang jawabnya udah tutup doang, ketus banget ngejawabnya juga gak natap ke saya, pelayanan kok begitu kalah sama warteg depan rumah. niat mau jadi masyarakat disiplin ngambil bpkb doang pelayanannya gini amat. Buat yg mau urus bpkb mendingan estimasi waktu jam 12.30 pastikan sudah masuk polda, karna parkir terbatas dan pintu ditutup seenaknya dia, g sama dengan pelayanan tertulis s/d jam 13.00 nyatanya sebelum jam segitu udh mau buru buru pulang itu.
Untuk petugas berseragam polisi di loket dan dalam gedung serta mbak mbak yg bantu isi form bpkb pelayanannya bagus, cuma kecewa sama pelayanan yg di depan seragam putih itu, harus di tinjau evaluasi oleh bapak kapolda.

Dsni markas polisi jd klo pas nanya trus jwbane ketus atau keras ya wajar dong krn kan polisi

Kebetulan mengurus arsip BPKB terselip, saran Bapak/Ibu jika akan mengurus berkas yg sama dilakukan di hari Senin/Selasa khususnya yang di TMC, karena 3 hari kemudian baru bisa diambil berkasnya. Terima kasih.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ngurus mutasi dari bekasi ke cilegon, harus ada Surat Keterangan Pengganti Arsip BPKB, kalau diurusin dari bekasi diminta 1.5 jeti, ngurus sendiri gratis, buat yang mau urus sendiri untuk luar daerah ada digedung TMC samping gedung biru
