★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya kecewa. barang saya berhenti di sini sejak 15 November dan sampai dengan tanggal 17 November 2021 tidak ada update. saya sudah telpon ke CS dan Cs tidak tau masalah nya. Saya berkali-kali telpon ke alamat ini dan tidak pernah sekalipun di angkat. mengecewakan
I am disappointed. My item stopped here since November 15th and until November 17th 2021 there is no update. I've called CS and Cs doesn't know the problem. I have called many times to this address and have never been picked up. disappointing

Nyebelin.kalian kerja yang gaji tu orang yang pakai jasa dari perusahaan anda,bos kalian cuma jembatan untuk gaji kalian, orang yg pakai jasa di perusahaan anda bekerja orang itu yg gaji kalian. Kerja di bidang jasa kok kaya gini,kalo pegawenya tidak niat kerja pecat aja toh masih banyak orang yg membutuhkan kerjaan.buang lah sampah2 pada tempatnya bukan malah di timbun sampah2 tidak berguna.
This morning I asked about my package and the security guard was rude and disrespectful. When asked, he even plays a cellphone. It's annoying. You work for a salary, the person who uses the services of your company, your boss is just a bridge for your salary, the person who uses the services at your company works, the person who pays you. How come working in the service sector is like this, if the employees don't intend to work, just fire them, there are still many people who need work. Throw away the trash in its place, not in a pile of useless trash.

Ini saya sudah keluar dr jnt 4 bulan lalu. Tapi kenapa ya surat keluar untuk pencairan bpjs ketenagakerjaan di hambat kaya gini. Itu hak saya lho .

Kayaknya percuma dah, datang ke tempat juga cuma suruh putar balik, ngga ditanya sberapa urgentnya barang tersebut.
Kasian para pelaku usaha yang pesen online tapi ngga bisa datang tepat waktu..
Saran mah kalo udah penuh, mending tutup aja dulu, daripada numpuk2,.. wkwk
It's so slow... you can't pick it up on the spot, even though others can too?
It seems like it's useless, coming to the place also just told me to turn around, I wasn't asked how urgent the item was.
Poor business people who order online but can't arrive on time..
My advice, if it's full, it's better to close it first, instead of piling it up... wkwk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kurirnya gak ada yang beres, udah 3kali ganti kurir, dan semua minta share lokasi tapi paket gak pernah sampai ke rumah, ujung-ujungnya harus ambil ke gudang j&t, padahal kurir lain ( sicepat, anteraja, JNE, dll) selalu sampai..
There's nothing wrong with the courier, I've changed couriers 3 times, and everyone asked to share the location but the package never arrived, in the end I had to take it to the j&t warehouse, even though other couriers (sicepat, anteraja, JNE, etc.) always arrived..

8. Akses keluar dan masuk melalui 1 pintu utama di sebelah Utara yang dijaga security
9. Parkiran terletak di sebelah Utara mengapit pintu keluar masuk
