Babi panggang madu nya juara....

Belum coba rasanya ya... Saat mau coba lihat display nya banyak lalat... Sampaikan ke penjualnya tapi beliau sepertinya da biasa... No responds...
Mau minta dipanasin beliau menolak... Jadi yah mending ga coba deh... Ngeri lihat banyak lalat gitu...

The broth in the soup has thick "umami" taste, and from the bones i think they made the broth from chicken or duck bones.
The charsiu was tasty.. it dominated with sweet and savoury.. while the Siobak is crispy on the top and tender inside.
The Peking Duck was great, it has crisp skin and tender meat. From what i can see, i think they roasted and grilled the ducks and pork themselves.
The price isn't cheap tho, it cost 50K with NO pork sate or "chunkien or ngohiang" or even cucumber.
They also have tasty "bakpao" and it only cost 7K quite cheap... and for 7K i consider it great ?
The owner isn't too friendly but i think its just the way they behave on daily basis.. but they still served me well ?
