★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Motor saya habis overhaul dan 3 hari kemudian saya kembali ke bengkel karena ada bunyi diarea mesin dan salah satu teknisi yang memperbaiki motor saya itu pada saat overhaul, bicaranya agak ngegas kepada saya. Padahal teknisi itu yg pernah saya kasih tips uang agar dalam memperbaiki motor saya bagus dan teliti, eh sewaktu saya kembali karena mesin ada bunyi malah itu teknisi ngegas. Terkadang orang itu giliran Terima tips baik dan giliran ada masalah mulanya kayak merengut, semestinya saya sebagai konsumen dilayani dengan ramah dan baik agar itu bengkel laku. Klu capek kita kerja capek tapi hormati dengan hatilah kita sebagai konsumen. Maaf toh kita bayar kecuali gratisan.
Semoga oknum teknisi tsb mendapatkan kesadaran bahwa yang mengaji mereka adalah konsumen.
My motorbike was overhauled and 3 days later I returned to the workshop because there was a noise in the engine area and one of the technicians who repaired my motorbike during the overhaul, spoke rather loudly to me. Even though the technician was the one I gave money tips so that in repairing my motorbike it was good and thorough, eh when I came back because the engine made a sound, the technician gasped. Sometimes it's the turn of the person to receive good tips and it's the turn to have problems at first like frowning, I should as a consumer be served in a friendly and kind manner so that the workshop sells. If we are tired we work tired but respect with our hearts as consumers. Sorry, we pay unless it's free.
Hopefully the technicians will get the awareness that it is the consumers who are reciting them.
