★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat mengecewakan. Datang bukannya bagus malah rusak. Oli bocor gara gara mekaniknya sembarang pasang mur, malah nyalahin motor. Harganya mahal sekali. Ga bakalg kesini.
 Very disappointing. It's not good, it's broken. The oil leaked because the mechanic just put a nut on it, instead blaming the motor. The price is very expensive. Will not come here.

It's expensive, man... 144k haven't cleaned the CVT yet, 207k is just an oil change, that's crazy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru dateng lagi kesini, kaget karena harga servis nya aja sampe 144k, harga ganti oli 54k. Ga habis pikir semua motor Honda servis nya di tarif sampe 144k. Akhirnya ga jadi servis tapi cuma ganti oli aja. Hampir 3x lipat kalo di bengkel resmi lain. Harga servis 144k per tanggal 17 November 2020.
I just came here again, surprised because the service price only reached 144k, the price of an oil change was 54k. I can't stop thinking that all Honda motorbikes are serviced at a rate of up to 144k. Finally it didn & amp; # 39; t become a service but it just changed the oil. Almost 3x as much at another official workshop. 144k service price per 17 November 2020.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman yang kurang mengenakan....saya adalah pembeli motor Vario 160. Seminggu dipergunakan baru terlihat shockbreaker kiri depan ada rembesan.Dicoba dibersihakn dan tetap timbul kembali bocor.
Untuk perbaikan maka saya akan agendakan bersamaan dgn service pertama, yang dijadwalkan tanggal 13 Apr 22. Akhirnya kami pun melakukan service pertama tsb dengan keluham seperti diatas...sambil mengamati proses service tanpa ada rwktifkasi pd keluhan.Saya pun menanyakan kenapa tdk ada rektikasi ?dengan enteng petugas menjawab "di elap saja dulu Pak" ..padahal itu yg sudah saya lakukan sebulan lalu.
Saya pun komplain berat, baru dilakukan order penggantian part yg katanya belum tersedia spare partnya, walaupun tidak bisa memberikan estimasi datangnya part tsb.
Beginikah pelayanan AHASS, ????saya bukan beli yang pertama kali.
A bad experience.... I am a buyer of a Vario 160 motorbike. After a week of using it, the front left shock absorber has seen seepage. Tried to clean it and it keeps leaking again.
For repairs, I will schedule it together with the first service, which is scheduled for 13 Apr 22. Finally, we also carried out the first service with the complaint as above... while observing the service process without any verification on the complaint. I also asked why there was no rectification? The officer lightly replied "Just wipe it first, sir".. even though that's what I did a month ago.
I also made a heavy complaint, I just ordered a replacement part which said the spare part was not available, although I couldn't give an estimate for the arrival of the part.
This is AHASS service, I'm not buying the first time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat strategis di pinggir jalan. Parkiran cukup luas muat motor banyak. Tapi kalau bawa mobil repot. Apalagi pas ada truk dealer bongkar muat motor, bahkan buat parkir motor aja susah.
Area bengkel ada di sisi kanan. Ruang tunggu ada di sisi kiri. Pendaftaran ada di meja kecil bagian depan area bengkel. Antrian kadang sepi kadang ramai. Tapi kalau akhir pekan biasanya ramai. Wahyu antrian tergantung jumlah antrian. Waktu tunggu servis sedang. Terakhir ke sana butuh waktu ± 20 menit untuk proses servis yang bisa dilihat di gambar lampiran. Bisa booking servis pakai aplikasi Wanda.
Ruang tunggu jadi satu dengan & di bagian belakang area showroom. Lumayan luas & menghadap langsung ke area bengkel yang dibatasi kaca transparan. Jadi sambil menunggu servis, bisa melihat kendaraan yang diservis & kerja mekaniknya. Ada AC-nya juga, tapi tidak terasa dingin.
Toilet ada di belakang via pintu ke arah belakang dari ruang tunggu. Di luar toilet ada wastafel. Wastafel & toilet agak kotor & tidak terawat, tapi berfungsi. Tidak ada shower cebok, kran & ember. Cuma ada gayung. Repot kalau mau pakai gayung harus ambil air dari kran bilas urinoir atau wastafel di luar.
Harga jasa & suku cadang termasuk mahal. Lebih mahal dibandingkan bengkel AHASS lain. Malah menurut saya pribadi terlalu mahal. Sebagai contoh untuk motor matic, rincian biayanya bisa dilihat di gambar lampiran nota ulasan ini.
Tapi bengkel ini berhasil memperbaiki masalah pada yang bengkel AHASS lain tidak bisa. Yaitu masalah idling stop system tidak menyala. Di mana bengkel lain menyarankan mengganti komponen internal, ternyata bengkel ini berhasil memperbaikinya dengan mengganti aki. Sampai saat ini, masalah tidak timbul lagi.
Pelayanan standar. Stafnya pada berekspresi datar & kurang senyum. Dengan tarif yang jauh lebih mahal, seharusnya lebih ramah lagi. Malah kalau bisa pelanggan disediakan minum & snack gratis.
Bengkel resmi AHASS yang mematok harga lebih mahal. Mungkin montirnya lebih ahli dari bengkel lain. Tempat lumayan, kehandalan oke, tapi pelayanan masih kurang.
Strategic place on the side of the road. The parking lot is wide enough to fit a lot of motorbikes. But if you bring a car, it's a hassle. Especially when there is a dealer truck loading and unloading motorbikes, even parking the motorbike is difficult.
The workshop area is on the right. The waiting room is on the left. Registration is at a small desk at the front of the workshop area. The queue is sometimes quiet, sometimes crowded. But on weekends it is usually crowded. The revelation of the queue depends on the number of queues. Service waiting time is moderate. The last time I went there it took ± 20 minutes for the service process which can be seen in the attached image. You can book services using the Wanda application.
The waiting room is one with & at the back of the showroom area. Quite spacious & facing directly to the workshop area which is limited by transparent glass. So while waiting for service, you can see the vehicle being serviced & the mechanics work. There is AC too, but it doesn't feel cold.
The toilet is at the back via the door towards the back of the waiting room. Outside the toilet there is a sink. Sink & toilet a bit dirty & not maintained, but working. There is no shower, faucet & bucket. There's only a dipper. It's a hassle if you want to use a dipper, you have to get water from the urinal rinse faucet or the sink outside.
Prices for services & spare parts are expensive. More expensive than other AHASS workshops. In fact, I personally think it's too expensive. For example, for automatic motorbikes, the details of the costs can be seen in the attached image of this review note.
But this repair shop managed to fix a problem that other AHASS repair shops couldn't. That is the problem with the idling stop system not turning on. Where another repair shop suggested replacing internal components, it turned out that this workshop managed to fix it by replacing the battery. Until now, the problem does not arise again.
Standard service. The staff has a flat expression & lacks a smile. With far more expensive rates, it should be even friendlier. In fact, if possible, customers are provided with free drinks & snacks.
AHASS authorized workshop which fixes higher prices. Maybe the mechanic is more skilled than other workshops. Decent place, okay reliability, but service is still lacking.
