★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan nya kurang baik. saya pernah pesah set tempat tidur.tapi yang datang tidak sesuai dengan yang di inginkan. minta di tukar tapi sampai sekarang tidak di respon,saran untuk mebel karang gading koreksi lagi. semoga yang lain tidak mengalami hal yang sama.

Beli tgl 30 des 2018 sampe sekarang tgl 14 januari 2019 belum dikirim-kirim juga, kalo di telepon ngeless terus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kemarin lusa saya beli springbed dan 1 set kaca rias. Sudah deal dan sy bayar. Barang dikirim kemarin. Yang dikirim tidak sesuai pesanan. Motif springbed beda dengan yang di tawarkan. Kalaupun ada banyak motif bisa di jelaskan di awal. Dan kaca riasnya sudah pesan warna cream, namun yang dikirim abu2. Sebelumnya sy sudah minta pegawai untuk memastikan ketersediaan stock. Tapi kenapa yang dikirim warna lain? Kalaupun barang ga ready, bisa kok konfirmasi dulu. Saya sudah ninggal no.tlp juga. Sekarang mau komplain, baca komentar2 yang lain ternyata sy bukan korban satu2nya ditoko ini. Semoga lebih bisa menjaga kepercayaan konsumen. Semoga pegawainya bisa lebih informatif ke konsumen menjelaskan tentang warna apa aja yg ada, model apa saja yang tersedia. Jadi konsumen ga menyesal. Sy memilih toko ini karena ternama. Semoga pelayanan bisa lebih baik dan sebanding dengan nama yg sudah dibangun dari lama :)
