★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mohon perbaiki sistem antre nya. Antreannya sangat tidak jelas. Masa hanya disuruh nunggu tanpa tau kapan dipanggil, dan ga dikasih nomor antrian pula.
 Please fix the queue system. The line is very unclear. They were only told to wait without knowing when to be called, and they weren't given a queue number either.

HR friendly. but when I printed the old bank statement, it took more than one day because there was a problem with printing. hopefully there will be a fix soon. thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sistem antriannya agak kacau, gak ada display urutan antrian, untuk bagian cs kalau dibagiin nomor antrian panggil nomornya jangan japri orangnya. saya dateng jam 10 baru selesai jam setengah 3 karena nomor antrian tidak dipanggil.
the queue system is a bit chaotic, there is no queue sequence display, for the cs section if you divide the queue number the number is not japri the person. I came at 10 just finished at half past 3 because the queue number was not called.

Untuk ke CS dan antrian setor tunai pun sistemnya lebih diperhatikan.
Staff karyawannya cukup ramah.
Please fix the BSI atm more because errors often occur and cannot take cash.
For the CS and cash deposit queues, the system is more concerned.
The staff is quite friendly.
