★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very disappointed on my last visit and never return again since then. It used to be my favorite salon and I'm willing to make an extra effort to go there since I don't live in Jkt . I chose green color for my highlight, but I was very surprised that the owner wasn't responsible that the color even don't last after twice I washed my hair. Then they started to find faults in me, blame the shampoo, etc. They promised the color will last at least a month, but in reality after twice washing all gone, it only looked good the day you got your hair done, which is a day or two. The owner said willling to be responsible by giving me a free colouring, but when I get there, she tried to make me to pay, at the end I still have to pay to dry my hair higher than I should pay.
