★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak direkomendasikan untuk orang yang mau buru-buru dikarenakan untuk cuci, creambath dan potong hampir menghabiskan waktu 2 jam. mbaknya bahkan lupa untk cuci rambut saya kembali setelah di creambath bahkan dia udh handle 2 customer lainnya sesudah saya. Saat menunggu untuk dipotong tiba2 saya diselak dengan customer yang baru saja selesai di creambath, padahal rambut saya udah mau kering. Saya tanya cicinya malah dijawab “pelanggan itu tamu hair styling” menurut saya ga make sense karna posisinya saya duluan dan sudah kelar dicuci setelah creambath??. Kalau kaya gitu terima saja tamu by reservation dibanding tamu random yg walk in pertama kali.
Pas dipotong ternyata hasil potongnya biasa saja ga memuaskan dan tentu saja pengerjaannya lama banget. Saya req potong yg masih bisa dikuncir eh ga bisa dikuncir sama sekali rambut saya haha. Waktu saya jadi kebuang banyak banget buat nunggu doang. Ga cicinya ga pekerjanya terkesan pilih-pilih customer. Pas saya liat customer lain selesai dan keluar dari salon, bahkan pekerjanya ngomongin mereka haha tidak ada sopan santunnya.
Mending bayar mahalan tapi waktu ga kebuang-buang buat nunggu dibanding dikasih pelayanan kaya gini, ga worth it banget ga bakal balik lagi deh????????????
Daripada komentar perihal pelayanan disana langsung yg pastinya tidak didengarkan, mending komen disini aja dan ternyata bukan saya doang yg ngerasain haha
 Not recommended for people who want to hurry because washing, creambath and cutting almost took 2 hours. Ms. Even forgot to wash my hair again after the cream bath and she even handled 2 other customers after me. While waiting to be cut, I was suddenly interrupted by a customer who had just finished in the cream bath, even though my hair was about to dry. I asked the girl and she was answered "the customer is a hair styling guest" I don't think it makes sense because I was in the first position and had finished washing after the cream bath??. If that's the case, just accept guests by reservation instead of random guests who walk in for the first time.
When it was cut, it turned out that the results were ordinary and unsatisfactory and of course the process took a very long time. I asked for a cut that can still be tied into a ponytail, but my hair can't be ponytailed at all haha. I have wasted a lot of time just waiting. It's not that the employees are impressed with being picky about customers. When I saw other customers finished and left the salon, even the workers were talking about them haha no manners.
It's better to pay a lot but don't waste time waiting instead of being given a service like this, it's not really worth it, I won't be coming back again????????????
Instead of commenting about the service there directly, which is definitely not listened to, it's better to just comment here and it turns out I'm not the only one who feels it haha

The place is really nice. Comfortable and certainly cheap at such a price, you already get a SPA treatment package. Anyway, I will be a subscriber at Anna Salon. Really cheap and really good the results are very satisfying. Thnx yaa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Facial di salon ini muka malah makin banyak komedo dan bagian hidung jadi hitam. Sponge buat cuci muka bau apek dan kotor bgt dilap lap ke muka. Facialnya terlalu buru buru ngejer waktu pencet komedo nya ditarik muka malah jd bolong bolong bekas ditarik pake pencetan komedo. Nyesel bangetttt
Padahal biasa gunting creambath bagus facialnya yg jelek banget
Facials at this salon face even more blackheads and the nose turns black. Sponge for washing your face smells musty and dirty, wipes it on your face. The facial is too rushed, when I press the blackheads, the face is pulled, instead it has a hole in it, which was used to squeeze the blackheads. I'm so sorry
Even though usually the cream bath scissors are good, the facial is really bad

It's recommended,,, the massage when the cream bath is great, especially when you have a facial and then take a full-blooded face.
