★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sangat nggak rekomen untuk servis di tempat ini. 4 hari ninggalin printer ga diperbaikin atau diapa-apain sama sekali. orangnya juga nggak ngerti teknik dan tidak berkompeten sama sekali terhadap pelanggan. ga lagi lagi kesini deh.
 really do not recommend to service in this place. 4 days left the printer not repaired or anything at all. people also do not understand the technique and are not competent at all to customers. No more coming here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service/pelayanan tidak memuaskan..awalnya tinta hitam yg baru 2 (dua) bulan diganti tidak bermasalah ..tetapi setelah saya bawa ke fixcom dan dibongkar oleh petugas malah jadi bermasalah..hasil print warna hitam jadi berantakan..
Service / service is not satisfactory ... Initially, the black ink which has only been replaced for 2 (two) months is not a problem ... but after I brought it to Fixcom and it was dismantled by the officers it turned out to be a problem ... the black print results were messy ...
