Sampai di rumah ngeprint kertasnya miring, baru sempat bawa lagi sebulan kemudian, garansi cuma 14hari. ya gpp hak anda garansi 14 hari. tapi seharusnya ada harga ada kualitas, ini harga jasa maha tapi service gak becus, printer dibiarin kotor dan garansi pendek.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jangan servis disini. Mahal. Dan ga ada solusi selain ganti cartridge. Setahun bisa dua kali ganti. Padahal tinta impus berkurang dikit banget. Semoga berkah dengan pelayanan demikian.
