- 24hrs security
- the room will be cleaned once a month
- laundry are avaiable (done with 3rd parties, excluded from the rent)
- shutle car avaiable (UI - Kencana Puteri)
- After 10 pm all the male guest are not allowed to be in the lobby.
- p.s. During exam week the lobby will be full of study groups.
