★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An expensive meal should come with a good service to begin with. I expect better from this place, especially after eating in the same restaurant but at a different place. Improve staff quality immediately before 1 star review starts pouring. Unfriendly staff could be acceptable if the place is so crowded. But with relatively empty, why staffs still not friendly at all. Need training, much?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered sirloin steak import with medium cook. But they served us with dendeng batokok. I have been visited to Fiesta Steak resto in Jakarta. But in Grand Galaxy Mall totally different. I think we should call them rumah makan padang not steak resto... I didn't eat the steak that they served to me. But I paid it. No good response for the complain...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's 8 pm and the more proper dining space at the back is already closed. The front dining space is very dark, not proper lighting to eat in a mall restaurant. Questionable business value for not prioritizing customer experience and request.
