Porsinya jg lumayan bikin kenyang

Menu nya gk lengkap cuma ada tenderloin, padahal penasaran sama wagyu nya. Sauce jamur jg kosong.
Penyajian lumayan lama, sampe kelaperan tp ketolong sama rasanya.
Karna lg gerimis jd'a makan di ruang dalem dengan meja & kursi seadanya.
Saran :
Perlu di perhatikan untuk area indoor jika dalam kondisi hujan. Sayang aj tmpat'a klo cuma outdoor

Weekday aja seperti kerepotan pelayanannya..

Mas Kasirnya itu lho, sibuk sekali jadinya..?
Saran dari saya:
1, hp buat nulis pesanan kalo bisa jgn hanya kasir yg megang, kasian kerepotan dia, minimal kalian punya stok 3 hp buat nulis order..
Kalo pas lagi sepi, ya pake 1 hp aja
2, pembagian jobnya diperjelas
Siapa bertugas bikin minuman, siapa yg masak steak, burger, dll
Jadi ga ngumpul semua di area cooking, sehingga pelanggan ga nunggu lama..
3, tolong di prepare kalo tau2 turun hujan, area outdoornya kasih terpal atau apa lah.. biar ga kocar kacir pas ada hujan yg tiba2 deras?
4, kayaknya karyawannya perlu diseragamin deh kausnya, biar terlihat lebih good looking.
Itu aja sih..
Kalo masalah menu, rasa dan penampilan penyajian sesuai sama harga lah..?
Tetap semangat buat anak2 muda
Teruslah lakukan inovasi, biar tetap ada dihati penggemar nya

3, please prepare if you know it rains, give the outdoor area a tarpaulin or something... so that it doesn't get messy when there is a sudden heavy rain?
4, I think the employees need to have their shirts uniformed, so that they look more good looking.
