★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Test PCR hr ini dan hasilnya keluar dlm 6 jam... disarankan download apps nya dl, daftar dan bayar. Jd smp sana tinggal di PCR, ga antri lama.
 Today's PCR test and the results are out in 6 hours... it's recommended to download the apps on it, register and pay. So while there, stay at the PCR, no long queues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antrian sedikit bila dibandingkan dengan lab terkenal lain nya. Namun agak lama dikarenakan petugas yang mendata hanya 1 orang sedangkan banyak yg ingin test dan masih bertanya2 cara pendaftaran serta pembayaran nya. Hal ini menghambat untuk pasien lain yg sudah lengkap data dan sudah membayar. Ditambah lagi urutan jadi tidak sesuai karena petugas hanya 1 yg melayani walkin dan drive thru. Petugas yang mengambil sample juga terlihat jadi agak berlebih krn mereka menunggu data yg masuk saja
Fewer queues when compared to other famous labs. However, it took a while because the officer who recorded the data was only 1 person, while many wanted to test and were still asking how to register and pay. This hinders other patients who have complete data and have paid. Plus the order is not appropriate because there is only 1 officer who serves walkins and drive thrus. The officers who took the samples also seemed a bit redundant because they were just waiting for the data to come in

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utk hasil dan reservasi mudah si. Dan harus dtg pagi pagi ya biar ga terlalu ngantri. Buka jam 8 pagi sampai jam 7 malam. Tapi mereka tdk menerima pembayaran tunai hanya melalui transfer rekening. Kebayang ga si yg ga punya m-banking gimana?
For easy results and reservations, si. And you have to come early in the morning so you don't have to queue too much. Open 8am to 7pm. But they don't accept cash payments only by bank transfer. Can you imagine the one who doesn't have m-banking?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya di tempat parkir Mezzanine, bisa drive thru, masuk dari pintu Lobby 6, tidak begitu ramai, jadi cepat prosesnya, untuk pengguna pertama bisa download aplikasi fast lab ada diskon buat pengguna pertama. Rekomrndasi buat antigen dan PCR. Akan lebih baik pakai drive thru. Karena mall besar, bisa tersesat carinya. Tidak sampai 10 menit selesai PCR.
The place is in the Mezzanine parking lot, you can drive thru, enter from the Lobby 6 door, it's not that crowded, so the process is fast, for the first user, you can download the Fast Lab application, there is a discount for the first user. Recommendations for antigen and PCR. It would be better to use the drive thru. Because the mall is big, you can get lost looking for it. Not until 10 minutes finished PCR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotline call never get picked up, and got hanged up even before you're connected. Message also useless as they won't reply even though online.
6 hours time was only a marketing scheme. Passed 8 hours and still waiting.
Workers weren't polite and no SOP. Rough treatment when sample taking. One of the workers need to be reminded to change his gloves after taking samples from one customers. Imagine if we didn't see that he hadn't change the gloves.
