★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total lame service, no wonder they lock the comment section in their instagram since a lot of complaints came in.
They are so unreliable! They can't tell the difference between invoices and receipts ??????.
They can't even give out invoices in advance so we could proceed payment for sinopharm booster, they responded soooooo slowwwww and they only want to be understood they are overloaded.
Its not an option at all and better go to other professional labs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid for 6 hours PCR result. After payment they said it will take upto 12 hours. Why are you scamming people with your fake promise? Change and say 12 hours if you can't deliver in 6. Goverment has to take a look at this company for providing fake marketing information. Absolute scam. Phone number not working, no one is replying on whatsapp. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!! Use Bumame of Mayapada instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it got low review score because of vaccine thing, but I think they are superb in PCR testing.
Use fastlab before flying to Japan. The test result came out fast, under 6 hours, for relatively same price with other lab (275k). the location is convenient as it is close to scbd area. Open until 21.00 (or 24 hour, sorry I am not sure). Beside the print out of original result, they were willing to take care of additional form needed for Japanese requirement. I forgot to bring KTP (as I thought I only need passport), they tolerated me for only showing the copy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a PCR test for 6 hours result but it didnt come on time. Difficult to connect to CS, no response even their customer service whatsapp is online whole day. If Fastlab is overload, please inform the customer, not just selling your 6 hours service and earning money! But be responsible to customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is the only branch from fastlab that would be opened until 9 PM.
They offered with value price. It's 260K for PCR with 24 hours result. And 600K for 4 hours result.
Sadly, they don't have good space for parking. So if you're coming alone with your car, that must be a trouble.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CS is unavailable. I took antigen just for my vaccine procedure here. They said its mandatory. I waited 15minutes there and they said if the result was positive then they would know. So they were suggesting me to take my shot without looking for my result first. Its been 9 hours already now and no results came in through my WhatsApp. I'm now questioning about the mandatory antigen procedure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I regularly come to this place to take a COVID-19 test because of its strategic location and price, near the SCBD office, some points that I would like to address:
(+) They use online registration (via app called FastLab) and easy to register and use many payment method that you can choose (they even have Gopay), and you can choose the time you will take the test in 2 (two) hours range.
(+) Fast respon, when the the application is error and resulting change in my scheduled appointment, after contacting the customer service, they restoring my previous appointment.
(+) Fast result, the result for my Rapid Antigen test come out via mobile phone text after 15-30 minutes of waiting, paperless. But one time I got my test result delayed (I don’t know what is the reason, when I was tested there are not so-many-people there), and I try to reach out the customer service and they gave me the person in charge (pic) number, and the problem solve (but they want me to sent my ID AGAIN), even when I already uploaded the ID in the application, so what was the point to sent it again.
(+) The price is cheaper (just 200 k for Antigen Test)
(-) Double registration process and no queue number for registration or taking the test , even if we already registered via application, we must wait again in front of the registration desk, and because there is no bench or chair that we can use to sit in front of the registrastion desk, the people that are waiting must stand and of course making a new crowd.
(-) The test is not being held in orderly manner, first come first serve? I don’t think so, because there is no queue number for everything,
(-) Waiting Room, the waiting room is not really spacious and sometimes full of people
(-) Testing Area, the testing area is in front of the waiting room, even if they always sanitize it before test but, yeah I hope they can upgraded it.
