★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fact that you get a good work out done in 45 min It's great! The challenges and all the fun working out. On top of that the environment It's really friendly, everyone at the gym (staff and clients) are really nice, so signing up as a "solo" person you will never feel uncomfortable.

The studio is super clean and the team have been great at making sure we are all safe during these difficult times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started F45 in March 2019. It’s been a fantastic journey of better understanding my body, my capabilities, meeting new friends an enabling better nutritional habits. The staff are great, professional and fun. Covid obviously dented the gym industry and F45 has followed all necessary precautions to protect the members.
Personally, I have transformed from an unfit feeling to something of strength and determination. At end of day, it’s on you and what you want to achieve. F45 is clearly the solution for me. Now I’m taking on the F45 - 45 day challenge and I am sure I will see a physical transformation.
Let’s smash it !

We train together, motivate each other towards achieving our fitness goals & party together too. The management ensures a fabulous environment and the trainers engage personally with the members. I have tried just about everything from gyms to fitness clubs and F45 delivers the best results in the shortest amount of time. Unlike other gyms for sure ,work out was never more fun .
Have been working out for a year here already and seeing amazing results.
They are always hands on and happy to help you with any personal goals you might have. Even during PSBB ,team made sure we are taken care of and guard Zoom classes to motivate us. Not to mention that community is great and I have made lot of friends with F45 Kemang.
