Meanwhile gue dtg dr jam 11 udh kelar treatment pertama lanjut tunggu sejem lagi antrian tindakan dokter dan liat customer lain duluan masuk. Make sense?!!! Tolong ngerti cara prioritaskan customer

β β β β β Klinik Ms Glow kemang pelayanan nya ramah banget mulai front office nya, therapist nya ramah, obat nya cepat, klinik nya bersih dan buat nyaman karena sambil nunggu antrian bisa sambil dengerin lagu jadi gak ngebosenin , penjelasan dari dokter pun sangat jelas kalau ada hal yg ditanyakan selalu menjelaskan dengan detail
Ms Glow Clinic Kemang the service is very friendly starting from the front office, the therapist is friendly, the medicine is fast, the clinic is clean and comfortable because while waiting in line you can listen to songs so you don't get bored, the explanation from the doctor is very clear if you have something to ask always explain in detail

Pelayanannya juga ramah kok, dikasih tau dengan sabar dari mulai admin saya nanya gimana caranya konsul dokter karena saya baru pertama kali, trs mba receptionist nya juga. Dokternya cantik2, baik juga saya disuruh treatment silkpeel sama dikasih skincare lengkap banget. Sepanjang perawatan juga saya ga berhenti nanya sama mba2 yang pegang saya, sabar banget. Overall okee banget, saya puas. Next saya bakal rutin balik lagi ?
The place is comfortable, clean. The service is also friendly, really, I was told patiently from the start of the admin, I asked how to consul a doctor because it was my first time, thanks to the receptionist too. The doctor is beautiful, it's also good, I was told to do a silkpeel treatment and was given a very complete skincare regimen. During the treatment, I didn't stop asking the ladies who held me, I was very patient. Overall it's really okay, I'm satisfied. Next time I will come back regularly

β β β β β Tempatnya bagus sayangnya pelayanannya masih kurang bagus. Habis perawatan facial dan peel malah hidung luka krn dipencet dengan kasar saat mengeluarkan komedo. Untuk next jadi mikir mau perawatan lagi atau gak di MS Glow Kemang. Semoga ada perbaikan pelayanan di klinik ini krn sayang bgt produk2nya bagus tp saat treatment tidak dilayani dgn baik akan mempengaruhi penilaian customer jg.
The place is good, unfortunately the service is still not good. After the facial and peel treatment, the nose hurt because it was squeezed roughly when removing blackheads. For the next time, I'm thinking about whether I want to be treated again or not at MS Glow Kemang. Hopefully there will be an improvement in service at this clinic because it's a shame that the products are good, but when the treatment is not served properly it will affect the customer's assessment too.

β β β β β Utk klinik yg di kemang kan pusatnya yg kaatanya kremnya diamond yg jd pembedaan dan aku kira bakalan oke bgt kyk gmn gt dr segi tempat, pelayanananya dllnya. Trnyata msh bagus yg di bandung yg premium yg pernah sy kunjungi. Di klinik kemang ini pelayan2nya jutek2 lalu ngejelasin urutan pemakaian krem terbalik2. Akhirnya smperh sy wa lg yg bener mana mereka jwb ksh panduannya beda lg sm yg dijelasin di klinik. Ya pokonya ga jelas bgt bbrp kali tanya beda lg jawabnya. Parah. Dokternya jg cm liat muka gt gitu aja. Klo di bdg malah diksh alat muka kita di ft dijelaskan detail kondisi. Jd bnr bnr serius. O ya katanya ini krem diamond aku ud bayangin kremnya mewah trnyta murahan jg tu kemasan. Trus kremnya pelit kecil2 bgt. Cukup kecewa. Tp yauda gpp klo emg krem2nya ngefek sih. Coba liat kedpn gimana. Krn baru mencoba.

If it's in the BDG, it's even shown that our advance tools are explained in detail about the condition. So bnr bnr serious. Oh yeah, he said this is a diamond cream, I imagined the cream was luxurious, but the packaging is cheap too. Then the cream is very stingy and small. Quite disappointed. But it's okay if the cream is really effective. Try to see how. Krn just tried.
