★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Masalah : Ada bbrp baju yang kelunturan, kaos putih kurang bersih cucinya. Kecepatan cukup baik standar 3 hari selesai. Sistem organisasi pesanan pelanggan kurang baik, lama nunggunya saat mau pickup dan ada bbrp baju yang salah masuk.
Saran saya sebaiknya selalu diberi notes apabila ada baju baru yang mungkin bisa menyebabkan kelunturan. Juga harus diingetin kalo baju putih cucinya pisah, kalo gadikasih tau pasti akan dicampur. Selalu bawa notes karena banyak pelanggan sehingga gak selalu ingat. Ada beberapa staff yang emang servicenya baik dan ramah, tetapi ada juga yang servicenya lama dan kurang memuaskan.
Problem: There are some clothes that are faded, white shirts are not clean enough to wash. Speed is pretty good standard 3 days finished. The organizational system for customer orders is not good, the wait is long when they want to pick up and there are some clothes that go wrong.
My advice should always be given a note if there are new clothes that might cause fading. Also, you have to be reminded that if you wash white clothes separately, if you don't give them you know they will be mixed. Always bring notes because there are many customers so you don't always remember. There are some staff whose service is good and friendly, but there are also those whose service is long and unsatisfactory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hasil laundry disetrikanya asal2an. Setelah dilaundry malah jadi gak layak pakai, kusutnya parah, kerah kemeja berlipat², kaos kaki hilang sebelah.
The results of the laundry are ironed from scratch. After washing it, it became unfit for use, it was badly wrinkled, the collar of the shirt was folded, one of the socks was missing.
