★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya masukin laundry H-2 sblm lebaran,katanya one day service,ternyata sampai H-1 belum jadi juga. Sampai setelah lebaran pun blm jadi,pdhl tarifnya naik,tp kualitasnya sama sekali gak dinaikin. Pdhl baju mau dibawa keluar kota saat lebaran. H+5 BAJU BARU BISA DIAMBIL,dan parahnya,GAK BISA MELAYANI GOPAY,parah bangettt. Iklan nol besar. Bu Sutinah yg ngelayani juga parah,gak ramah,gak minta maaf. Jual jasa kok bikin kapok.
Kalo emang serius, silahkan share nomor untuk komplain dan akan saya info atas namanya. Karena di gerai tidak tertempel satupun nomor untuk komplain, tanya ke pegawai anda pun jawabannya sama sekali ga menyenangkan!!

H + 5 NEW CLOTHES CAN BE TAKEN, and worse, I CANNOT SERVE GOPAY, really bad. Big zero ad. Mrs. Sutinah who is serving is also severe, not friendly, I'm not sorry. Why do I sell my services kapok.
