★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk bgt pelayannya tidak ramah sama sekali.. yang namanya toko swalayan mau buka 24 jam harusnya punya kembalian..pada saat saya membayar 100rb pelayan ini dengan wajah tidak ramah sama sekali blg kalo masih pagi gak ada uang kembalian ..padahal itu uang saya satu2 nya saya tdk punya uang pecah dengan wajah jutek dia ngesih kembalian hanya ditaruh di meja plus struk pembelanjaan tanpa sedikit pun blg terima kasih... mohon ditindak lanjuti..kalo sperti ini bisa bangkrut lho alfamart.. saya prihatin sekali padahal saya sering belanja di alfamart..kalo seperti ini jadi malas belanja lagi..
The service is bad, the waiter is not friendly at all ... the convenience store that wants to open 24 hours should have change ... when I paid 100 thousand this waiter with a face that was not friendly at all if it was still morning there was no change ... even though it was my money the only thing I don't have broke with a dirty face, he just put the change on the table plus the purchase receipt without the slightest thank you ... please follow up ... if something like this could go bankrupt, you know Alfamart ... I'm very concerned even though I often shop at Alfamart ... if like this, I'm lazy to shop again ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sampai rumah baru sadar kalo kembalian kurang 10rb. belanja habis 23rb, bayar pake 50rb, kembalian cuma 17rb. udah gitu struknya lama banget ngasihnya. pas dicek lagi struknya ternyata di kolom bayar ditulis harga sesuai jumlah belanjaan (23 rb). jadi di kolom kembalinya kosong. pantes aja ngembaliinnya salah.
sebelumnya, suka make jatah buy 1 get 1nya pembeli.

Harusnya kembalian saya 1.1rb, tapi hanya diberi seribu tanpa konfirmasi apapun, ntah tdk ada kembalian, ntah buat donasi saya tdk tahu. Memang hanya Rp100, tapi hal-hal sperti itu tdk bisa dimaklumi (dan ternyata ada komentar yg senasib juga, kembaliannya kurang 10rb)
Kenapa kasir modelan sperti ini bisa terekrut? saya rasa di luar sana masih banyak yang berkompeten

Bad service by the female cashier working tonight. Stubborn, unfriendly and seem to underestimate the buyer. The most unacceptable is NO MASK. Been reprimanded but still not budging. Bad precedent for public service

Waktu lagi ada promo minyak goreng dgn pembayaran lewat shopeepay juga ngotot bilang lagi gangguan, sama konsumen lain disuruh buat cek ulang kali aja udah ngga gangguan malah ogah-ogahan dan TERNYATA BISA DOOONGGG GAADA GANGGUAN APA-APA?
