★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming to this place from 2017 but have been very dissapointed with the customer service for the last 2 visits. Firstly, I booked my appointmentsnd the reception confirm it but then it was cancelled for no reason and the appointment was given to someone else. Second, I made another appointment and the reception said that my stylist will come at 12.30. When I arrived there on time, the stylist was actually doing someone else lashes and I have to wait quite awhile until she’s finished. I recommend going to other locations instead of this one. Utterly dissapointed
