- Mie keriting, made with egg yolk, and
- Mie karet, a chewy noodle made with duck egg.
Worth noting before you order is that the pangsit goreng is only the dough sheet without any filling. Perfect for accompanying crunch.
Sambal, which was pretty spicy, and the fried garlic rounded everything out.
Recommend for noodle enthusiasts!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant is inside food festival building called shophaus. We tried mie swekiau ayam jamur and fried meatball and the drinks were liang tea and orange juice.
The noodle (mie) is so so, but they served chopped fried garlic in oil and made it more tasty. The liang tea and orange juice were served in a bottle and they provided an enamel glass.
It's quite fun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shophaus Menteng is one of the best place to go if you want to have a great meal but you haven't decided what kind of meal to get. Shophaus is a collection of various restaurant with shared dining space. It has burgers, noodles, chicken wings, even gelato. It has also has outdoor sections in the ground and the second floor. Though it is quite spacious, Shophaus could get very crowded in peak hours.
I went here a few weeks ago, wanting to get a great dinner.The choices available overwhelms me as I wanted to try everything in Shophous. Alas, a man could only eat so much at a time so I decided to try Demie 69 which was located in the second floor.
I tried their Mie Karet Ayam Jamur and Liang Tea. The noodle was tasty. It was like if your typical 'mie ayam abang-abang' has managed to get a scholarship and passed its thesis defense with a great score. Definitely naik kelas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demie has many places around jakarta. It feels so authentic Chinese noodle. However they offering you some special topping. Mushrooms is what i choose.
The noodle it self come with 2 kinds noodle. The thin and big one. I choose thin one.
