Been staying here for few months.
The internet connection is not as good as what they claim High Speed Internet on their website. It's my main problem here, I guess. Have asked them to change the provider but nothing much changes.
The parking area is a bit packed up. It's kinda bothering me as a beginner. They have trained the securities to help to park lately.
There's no prohibition for smoking in any area and when someone smokes near to my room, the smoke would also enter my room even though I have the door and window closed.
Good points of this place are they have a new building, I hope they would maintain it. The TV also has some good channels though I almost never use it. There's also no curfew set like some lodging house I've been in. The location is also strategic. Staffs are fast respond and friendly.

The room already have bed, wardrobe, and TV inside. Price is vary based on the size of the room (I think there are 3 kinds of rooms (standard, deluxe, superior) #cmiiw).
This place offers many facilities including wifi (good speed but sometimes RTO), water heater, kitchen (with shared refrigerator, stove, sink, and dining table) and consist of 3 floors. You also have your own small chair and table in front of your room.
