★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kamarnya luas banget, jatah listrik 250 ribu per bulan, tvnya tv kabel biasa yang channelnya dikit banget. Cuma bangunannya rada kuno gitu, airnya kotor ada cacingnya (liat-liat juga kalau ambil air minum dari dispenser dapur). Water heaternya masih pakai gas dan kebanyakan udah rusak, ga bisa disetel tingkat kepanasannya (kalau dinyalain, ya bisa mandi pakai air yang panas banget). Ga semua kamar kebagian sinyal wifi. Untuk fasilitas kayak gitu, harganya kemahalan. Dulu yang jaganya suka nambah2in tagihan kos, semoga sekarang udah gak.
The room is very spacious, 250,000 electricity rations per month, the TV is ordinary cable TV with very little channel. It's just an old-fashioned building, the water is dirty with worms (look at it when you take drinking water from a kitchen dispenser). The water heater still uses gas and most of it is broken, the heat level can't be adjusted (if turned on, yes you can take a shower using really hot water). Not all rooms have a WiFi signal. For facilities like that, the price is expensive. Previously, the guard liked to add to the boarding bill, hopefully now it's not.

Terus, tidak puas dengan perlakuan ibu kostnya yang menyuruh saya membayar 300k untuk pemasangan WiFi Di depan kamar tapi WiFi itu digunakan bersama penghuni lain. Terus, kos tidak menyediakan dispenser untuk penghuni tetapi KHUSUS KARYAWAN AJA. Tidak rekomendasi kos ini
WiFi is really bad. No WiFi signal. Then, not satisfied with the treatment of his boarding mother who told me to pay 300k for installing WiFi in front of the room but WiFi was used with other residents. Then, the boarding house does not provide dispensers for residents, but ONLY EMPLOYEES ONLY. Not this boarding recommendation

Complete facilities with afdorable prices, recommended boarding for those looking for middle class boarding houses but complete facilities, just a little lacking in wifi service where the connection is not good, but over all satisfactory for now
