The hardest part of making kimbap probably is the filling and the rice ratio. People in indo will either put too much rice, with 3 types of filling or more filling but the kimbap will break apart easily.
Essel’s kimbap got the best balance of filling and rice, its not too much or too salty, its well balanced food with damn good ingredients. ?
Its the type of healthy good food that make you feel full and satisfied, and no more cravings.
Also the vegetarian kimbap is filled with marinated tempeh??? amazing and totally unexpected. ??
Please open gofood or grabfood! totally will order more soon?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rarely write reviews but i can’t simply miss this one. One of the best korean street snack in town ❤️, not only the food was great but all the staff was very polite especially the head chef. Really recommended!
